so obviously places Itself as to leave
a big nap in the lino for a bark to

opponents will expect a punt here,
hence the reason" for your calling a
punt formation. And they will want
you to punt, as It gives them a fine

HAT'S all this Junior business
that's rattling around these
melancholy days
1 If you think these days are melan
choly, you ought to see our nights
They're sadder than second handed
tombstones-
Hut we were reading on a yard of
ticker bandage that Sikl is Junior
heavywolght champion and
Johnny Pundre is Junior lightweight
champ and whst Is It all about
If you ain't good enough to be
champion of something, even If It Is
dfpping your bread In your coffee
Tou oughtn't call yourself Junior
champion
Because that doesn't mean any more
than putting hair tonic on toupees
Everybody likes Johnny Dundee, but
that Junior amendment makes you
think that somebody lias thrown
package of firecrackers into meeting
of Hoy Scouts
And . if we're going to have two
kinds of champions, take back those
Juniors and bring those seniors on,
because first thing you know Mike
Donaldson will claim
Sophomore championship and knock
everybody for 20-yard losses.
