City Council Recommends
Fund for Visiting Nurws
City council committee of the whole

at the election next month which
provides that the city shall cfHe a
visiting nurse fund. The plan is to
appropriate dot less than J15.000 nor
more than J25.009 a year to help

ment Is approved by the voters, the
city will issue bonds for the 1923
