"Jf Mic had anv cotton, how rould she

I've never seen 'em.''
With a whoop the Rooster rushed
to the other side of the farmyard,
where Henrietta Hen was borinp
some of her friends with her sad
story.
"Henrietta! Henrietta!" the Roost
er squalled. "Where are your ears?"
Henrietta Hen spun around and
jabliid him with her bill.
"Don't ask me stub questions in
public! she cackled. Haven t you
any sense?"
Now, the Rooster hadn't expected
such a warm greeting. He turned
tail and ran around the barn, with
Henrietta scurrying after him.
"She has caught him," said the
neighbors presently, as a piercing
screeeh from the Kooster broke the
silence. '
After awhile Henrietta returned
alone.
"I don't need to worry any more
about stuffing my ears with rotton,"
she told her friends. "The Rooster
has decided to crow no more at
night."

Should marriage
be forbidden by Law ?
There are some people, who for a number of definite
reasons, have absolutely no right to marry. Suppose you
were one of them? Or one of your children? Would you
voluntarily forego matrimony? Do you think the State
should have the right, in any circumstance, to
forbid it? Dr. Harvey W. Wiley, in an extraor
dinary article, "The Rights of the Unborn," dis
cusses this great problem fearlessly in

WHY SALES CONTINUE

True Reasons Are Given

by the tone of letters received wiili

W. A. Hover & Co., wholesale
druggists of Denver, Colo,, writing
under date of July 17, state:
"We are submitting today our or

alone in the record of sales for pro

On March 17th Richardson Drug
Co., large wholesalers of Omaha,
Nehr., write: "It is only fair to you
to say that Tanlac has added more
new customers to mir list than any
one preparation we have ever handled.
Within a year you have shipped us
64,o.'() bottles."
Since the first of 1022 Tanlac has
been moving at a, rate of more than
a carload a day. The great moditii

Tanlac has never been advertised
