while the dark went at about un
changed prices. Corn was strong
and in excellent demand at 1 1-2 to
tl3-c higher. Oats sold readily at
Of cent higher. Rye was nominally
(Jc up, and barley unchanged.

amounted to a rally of 44 to 41 pointa
from yesterday's closing level on scattered
profit taking from shorts, trade buying
and Liverpool eupport. It waa evident
from th list's action that yesterday's
decline had pretty well liquidated the
market f weakly held long cotton and
that ths technical position waa much im
proved. The atrong undertone waa main
tained Into th afternoon, although the
list sold off IS to 20 BOinta from lta too
oa professional realizing. In the laat hour
new local selling was encountered and
price sipped back almoat on a par with
Monday'a cloee, but s final rally left the
