By ALEXANDER DANA NOYES.

New York, June 19. There were
several noteworthy movements in to.
day's marketi, ino.t of them having
no relation whatever to one another.
Time money rales declined to the
lowest since the month in which the
United States went to war, hut the
Kuorpran exchange rates were ex
ceptionally weak. The price of whrt
declined while cotton reached iiiiuIi
the highest prices of the season. On
the ktocTc exchange the actual trend
r a
of the market seemed to be toward
inactivity and lower price; but what
appeared to be the virtual "cornering"
of the speculative sellers of Mexican
Petroleum stock by the inside ex-
7iO
i4j I pert resulted in a further rise of
. . i points in Ms price and m a caution
attempt to bid up other industrial
shares.

Hog Cholera in Iowa
Said to Be Increasing
Sioux City, la., June 4. Cases
of hog cholera are multiplying rap
idly in northwestern Iowa, southern
Minnesota and South Dakota, ac
cording to Sioux City veterinarians.
In some localities the situation is
considered as dangerous by those
who have) investigated. Long con
tinuance of hot snd dry weather is
likely to produce a costly epidemic,
it is said.
While cholera's toll on farmers
profits is heavy, the losses due to
unknown and baffling diseases
are far greater.
We will save your hogs by giving
them veterinary service, vaccina
tion and pay you for losses when
they occur.
Authorized to do business by Insurance Departments and
operating in Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, Minnesota
and Kansas. Hog insurance is growing. Our business
for 1922 shows an increase of 300 per cent.
