Silverware purchased, at a 10-cent
store at 10 cents a piece was intro
duced in evidence by Dineen and
was identified by jewelers as being
almost identical to that which had
been purchased by Scaduto. ,

. scored the police who arrested the
three men and declared their con
duct had been .such as it might have
