The deceased was a native of Penn sylvania and was about sixty elht years old. During his residence in tilts city he was elected Clerk of the District Court and served faithfully and ellleiently. Several years ao he moved to York where ho engaged in the real estate business Besides his wife, ho leaves two child ren, Mrs. Frank Peterson of tide city and Elmer, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, to mourn his death.
