Among other things contr'ned hi their petition they allege that during the winter months ibwillbo impossible to transport tho children over the roads and therefore they will be de prived of their constitutional right of a free education. They also state that the election was not held necording to law, and many other irregularities They seem to bo supported by tho loTiil voters of District "IV as 131 of the legal voters of the district have signed the request That the district be disolved. The district was organized under a law passed by the last legislature which has proven very unpopular with the rural districts.
