On the personal complaint of Mrs. MeFarland as regards the heights to which her water bill had soared, Pres ident of tho Council, appointed a com mittee of one to go with Superintend ent Bradford, investigate and adjust the matter. Tho report of S. R. Florance was read and ordered placed on file, after which tho notice of injury to W. A. Kent was read to tho Council nnd also placed on file.
