DAVIS, J can, born at Piqua, O., and ffradimteof a Chicago dental college, went to Berlin in 1904 to work with a famous dental sur geon who foi years had been prac titioner to the kaiser and other members of the German court. Within a shorty time Dr. Davis' associate committed suicide and they oung American wascstablishcd as the court dentin t. I n that cs pac ity he became muuratelyacquaint cd with die kaiscj, and the latter, in the course pi dozens of friendly talks, revealed himsui and his am bitions as he probably did to no other person outside his imme diate circle. Dr. Davis has w ritten the story of his relations and interviews w'th the kaiser and wc have arranged fo print his remark able narrative in serial form. The iirst installment will appear in an early issue. This true narrative lays hare the mind of the despot who has deluged the world with blood. It fchows by the emperor t? own words how he has approved every act ol cruelty and baibaritv that the Ger man annies have peipi-ut.icd during the war. It shows how the kaiser grew to hate and despise Americans and how he vave warning that die United States ihould be punished.
