Lewis H. Blackledge, Attorney of Red Cloud, Nebraska, is a Candidate for District Judge of the 10th Judicial District which includes the counties of Adams, Franklin, Harlan, Kearney, Phelps and Webster. He was born in Ohio in 1868, and is 48 years of age. In 1881 he remov ed with his parents, to Franklin County, Nebraska, and resided on a farm adjoining Bloomington until he finished school. He was admitted to the Bar in Nebraska at the age of 20 years. He afterwards worked in a law office in McCook, Nebraska, and in 1890 removed to Culbertson, then the County Seat of Hitchcock county, where he continued in the practice of law until 1899, during which time he was twice elected County Attorney of that county. In 1899, he removed to Red Cloud where he has ever since enjoyed a hrge practice which has extended to other counties and to Kansas, as also to the What the The Chic!
