Daniel M. Garber Weds
The ilrst of the weok at Lincoln oc
curred tho marriage of one of this
city's most popular gentlemen, Mr.
D.inlcl M. Uarher to Miss Ruth I. Mc
Cracken of Rlvertou. Mr. Garber has
for the past two years been making his
home at Rlvcrtoo, where ho was en
gaged in the real estate business, until
about a month ago, when he moved
back .to Lis .farm Ju&t. north ,of town,
where he and his bride hare ulready
began 'housekeeping. The marriage
Cime us a complete surpriso to even
Dan's most initimate acquaintances,
as he betrayed in no way the fact that
ho was "slipping."
It would be a dlfllcult tusk, for us
to enumerate all of the many, advan
tageous characteristics of Daniel M.
Garber, 60 we will only add tho fact
thut he has spent thirty some odd
yjurs in this vicinity, und today num
bers his frieuds by his acquaintances.
While the bride is u comparative
stranger here, yet the fact thut she
was picked as un ideal by so critical u
judge us Mr Gurber, is recommenda
tion enough.
To Mr. and Mrs. Daniel M. Garber
the Chief takes great pleasure in ex
tending the glad hand and wo trust
that your path through life may be
strewn with nuught elso but roses.
