liabilities to employees for one year.

Perry and seconded by'Koontz that we
accept the Liability Policy' for 8128.00
the same to be paid for at the January
meeting aud reject the Boiler Policy.

Tho' Mayor notified the Council that
the City had been sued for 85000 by
Spencer' E. Bailey and asked Council to
express themselves concerning an at
torney. Moved by Perry and seconded
by Caldwell that the matter be referr
ed to the -advisory committee to prb-
