Mr. Morlt. came to this city eight years ago and found a high school with an enrollment of CI pupils, he loaves with a high school enrollment of 217 pupils. That tells the story better than we can tell It. Mr. Morltz has always been loyal to tho school and to the pupils Ho was ever seeking to improve the system and the individual child and he has been unquestionably successful In both undertakings. Tho pupils hud In him a warm friend and counsellor and they felt perfectly free to approach him with any of their problems whether thoy were pertain ing to their studies or not, Asa Super intendent, Mr. Morltz had the happy faculty of getting along well with his teachers, ho worked with them and made them feel he was nlso ii part of the team.
