streets by an automobile driven by

was broken. She was removed to her

anan. Mrs. Sherman wns crosslug the
street when she became confused by
several automobiles aud street cars,
and wajs struck -on tho foot by the
wheel of Mrs Slzer's machine. Tho
Injury was painful but not serious.

wheat, as It was feared they would
feel obliged to do, are holding much of
it back in hope of better prices a little
later. Since the price of wheat at any
given time is based mainly on esti
mates of tho total supply, aud not on
the supply coming to market, tho
holding of grain out of intuket has not
the great, effect on prices that is com
monly claimed for it. But thero is a
psychological aspect of the Hooding of
a market that tends to bring prices
bulow the natural level. Tho farmers
"will get somo prollt that would other
wise go to speculators If they are able
to spread their wheat maikotlng over
several mouths instead of a few weeks.
