met ii regular oesslon, on the Hh of
June, with the members present as fol
lows: Ohmstede, Hoffman, Storey, Mc
Call, Chaplin and Butler.
Meeting called to order by clerk, and
on motion T. J. Choplin was chosen
chairman of said board.
In the matter of tho assessment of J.
Chuflln'a real estate in section 35 2 12
It was moved and seconded that the as
sessed valuation on said real estate
be reduced from $120 to $370.
Motion carried.
In the matter of the assessment ol
the sw4 st-1 and 2 sel, lots 1 and 2, in
e4 section 25 4 10
It was moved and seconded tbat the
assessed value of the land above de
scribed be reduced from I23G0 to 12185,
on all except lot 2, which is raduccd
from $305 to $280. Motion carried.
In the matter of the assessment the
improvements on the nw4 6 3 11, which
were erroneously assessed, it was mov
ed and seconded that said improvements
be struck from the assessment on said
land in the sum of $80 assessed value.
Motion carried.
In the matter of tho assessment of
the nwi 53 11, which is assessed high
er than the adjoining i quarter section.
It was 'moved and seconded that the
assessed value on said above described
real estate be reduced from $2270 to
$2190. Motion carried.
In the matter of the assessment of
lots 2 and 3 ands2 nc-1 ot'scc 13 1-19, it
was moved and seconded that the as
sessed value be reduced from $1485 to
$1200. Motion carried.

Moved and seconded that Mrs. Ange
lina Bobbins be refunded the tnx on a
certain real estate mortgage, which
was crrcnously assessed in 1913, in the
sum of $1000, actual value. Carried.
On motion the county treasurer was
authorized to refund to Mrs. Angeline
Robbina the tax paid on the assessed
value of $1000 which is 1710, and was
paid under protest for the year 1913
On the assessment on lots 29 to 32,
block 3. Garber's 2nd add to Red Cloud,
be reduced in the sum of $200, actual
value.
