Has Played Havoc
with many a family'.s most cherish
ished, long plttuuufl home because
they followed the advice of some
oneddea builder who thought per
haps to improve upon Nature's own
tiiuilimd tested material lumber.
The time to guard against dii-.up-pointment
is at the start. Look
mound and investigate the fiaruo
houses that liavo been standing for
as many as thirty yearsaud compare
them Willi those constructed of
other materials. Time nlonu is tlie
rtal test of home building materials,
because you don't, bullet a home
every ten years, and few people can
afford to experiment with fads or
theories. After making your com.
paiisons come in and see tliu nice,
bright lumber we have in stock and
let us tell you in actual figures
what a gooil frame house will cost
you today. Ho til facts are deadly to
substitution.
