The city council met In regular sess
ion with Mayor Tin mine presiding and
the following counollmen were in their
chairs: Cowdcti, Storey and Sherwood.
Aid. Storey moved that the ditch
proposed on Arch street bo reconsiderei'.
On motion the permit to construct the
ditch was refused by a full vote of the
council.
On motion City CI rk Teel was In
structed to adjust the matter ol line ex
tension between C. H Miner and the
city. Aldermen voting: Cowden,
Storey and Sherwood.
An ordinancevwas passed to establish
trash burners.
Moved by Aid. Cowden, seconded by
Aid. Storey that the legal department
be instructed to bring suit if necessary
to stop F. L. Smith from putting down
a cess pool to water. Carried.
Appropriation ordinance was carried.
