bridge was raised in good faith, under
the permission of the County Hoard,

presented by the petitioners for and
against the lowering of said bridge
and the removal of said cattlo pass, It
was moved andsecouded thu complaint
as brought by tho petitioners, S. Sor
ensoti nnd others be dlsmissod provid
ing the said tirlckson and the signers
of his petition, do ngtee that they will
maintain the grades to said bridge
and that tho said Ericksou does agree
that ho will be responsible to the
County for auy and all damages re
sulting from accident on account of
the said cattle puss. Provided that
when the snid bridge is no longer used
as u cattle pass nnd he has removed
his fence to said his (Hriokson) respon
sibility censes. In witness whereof
the said Henry llrlckson signs the
above and fpregoing agreement this

treasurer be and is hereby authorized
and instructed to strike the taxes on
said lots from the tax list for the
years 1008, 19l"., 1910 the said lots bo
lug church property and exempt from
taxes, (Motion curried.)

Iu the matter of the taxes ou the
south half of lot 5 and all of lot C in
Block 0, LeDuo's addition to Ked
Cloud which was paid under protest,
and a complaint made that suid lots
were usses'red to high nnd requested
the board to refund the amount ovor
paid on suid lots. Movod and seconded
that tho above and foregoing request
bo and is hereby rejected. Motion
carried.
