A runaway horse created a commo tion on Webster street Thursday after noon. The animal belonged to Mr. Hayden, father-in-law of Clarence Ki .or. It had been picketed out and broke loose from it's moorings. The picket rope was attached to a short board, and when the animal got start ed it had a similar effect to a tin can on a dog's tail. The horse turned into Nelson's barn, upsetting a couple of buggies and narrowly missed the little bister and baby of Dr. Nelson, who were sitting in front of the barn.
