Mrs. Almlra Griffeth returned to
her home in Rochelle, Illinois, Mon
day morning, after a week's visit at
the home of her son, John GriiTeth.
The Red Cloud base ball team went
to liladen last Saturday and played a
game with the liladen ball team and
were defeated by a score of 15 to 0.
A very enjoyable dance was given
in the Masonic hall Wednesday night
by the members of the club. The
Italian orchestra furnished the music.

A piano which was being loaded on
a dray Tuesday afternoon, fell on
Frank Hincs1 leg bruising it quite
severely and causing him to stay at
