Mrs. J. H. Boggoss has filed a suit
in tho district court to recover 91,000
damages from A. U. Kaloy. Tho suit
is tho result of an accident which oc
curred last Christmas day. Mr. and
Mrs. Boggess woro returning home
from tho country in a buggy and when
near tho homo of Mr. Kaloy, it is said,
tho lattor's dog ran out, frightened tho
horse and cnusod it to run nway. Mrs.
Boggess was thrown from tho buggy
and sufTorod a broken leg, for which
