ease, consumption. Miss Ralston was
born about seventeen miles northwest
of this city, March 13, 1882, aud re
moved, with her parents, nbout thir
teen yenrs ngo, to Missouri, whero
they hnvo resided until tho present

her health, she returned to this county
somo time ago. Sho leaves to mourn
hor death, father, mother and ono

city to whom sho had endeared herself

as far as their pocket book, so tho poor
lady was put oil at tho next station,
much to tho disgust of tho newsboy.
At tho next station they had twenty
juinutcs for lunch, following tho di
rections of tho conductor, thoy found
the lunch couutee and sat down for a
hasty meal. The ladies tarried so long
at tho lunch counter, that their coach
left them. This ended tho excursion
party. Tho house was boautifuly and
tasteftily decorated with carnations
and ferns, music was also a feature of
the afternoon's entertainment. The
ladies aro ono in voting to Mrs. Con
over and Smith tho success of the
season.

mother in Mio south part of this city,
last Monday, Syo Fox of Wymoro and
Miss Lizzie Neimoyer, the Rov. G. W
Hummel of Blue Hill porformed the
ceremony. Tho groom Is a hreman on
the division of tho B &. M. extending
from Wymoro to this city and is well
liked by his fellow employees. The
