The creditors of the Nebraska Mercantile Company for whom
I am acting as trustee have ordered the balance of the
stock of goods which was owned by the
Nebraska IHereantile
Company,
converted into cash by August 15th, 1901. On that date I am
to make my final report to the creditors and the proceeds of the
sale of this stock is to be pro-rated among the creditors at that
time. My instructions are to sell this stock of goods at retail
