Judge Adams last Monday handed
ifown his decision in tho caso of tho
city of Red Cloud vs. the Moon estate,
whereby tho city gets tho largo build
ing in tho Moon block at proscnt occu
pied by Alfred Hadell. Through this
decision tho city will recover all tho
electric light bond uionoy. I'o Mr
Chaney and Mr. MoNeny, who prose
cuted this caso for tho city, ii duo groat
credit for tho ablo and elllciont manner
in which they did thoir work. Tho caso
will in all probability go to the supreme
1 court.
