motion Wm. A. May was re-elected
chairman.
Petition to open road commenc
ing at the northeast comer of sec
tion i, town 4, range 9. Report on
within petition: On Dec. 7 met
the road committee of Clay County
and wc jointly agreed to establish
and open the road by making the
crossing of the M. P R. R about
75 feet north of suction line and to
pay 1 Dolcr $10 as damage for
right of way. Wm. A. May, chair
man. Above report approved.

open road commencing at the south-
cast corner of section 28, town 2-u
