Riugland was born in Swe den in 1859 and came to America in 1800., Both her parents died in 1807 at Allimakee county, Iowa. She went to Davenport, Iowa, in 1872 and there was married to Dr. Brown in 1877 and moved to Dakota in 1879. She was the moiber of five children, three of whom survive hor. She came to Neb raska in 1835 and was married to M. C. Judd in 1891. To this union ono child was born August 8d, 1898, Olive Law rence Judd, who is still living. Mrs. Judd died Wednesday morning Juno 27th, and funoral services wero conducted Thursday morning at tin o'clock at the homo by Rev. G. W. Hutnmol, Tho body was laid to rest in the Bed Cloud cemetery. The do ceased is a sister of Mrs. J. W. Sain don and Mrs. Berg of this city. She ws a member of the M. E. church of this place aud had many admiring frieuds who deeply sympathize with the bereaved.
