with an administrator in this county.
Affiant alleges that the taxes for which
said safo was taken, woro not taxes
against the bank property nor against
tho property of John W. Moon, who
was the owner of tho safo. That on ac

warrant your petitioner has been re
quired to pay 910 for tho hauling of ono
safo wnich was lovied upon in tho sum
