Ham S. Garher brought suit for dam

Impeiial Insurance company of Lou
don. Hn alleges that in the Colorad
Springs judicial precinct on January
18, a complaint was filed against hnn
by W. S. Boynioii and also t.y u
man named Reynolds at the ins tana
of the defendant company charging
him with arson. He was imprisoned
(or eleven days and when his trial oc
curred was cleared from all blame Hi
was forced to expend $03!J for atioi
11 ys fees and other expenses and snf
fereil his reputation $30,000 worth. He
says that in Webster county whero ho
is, thero is no agouey of the com unis

Studer, for twenty years United States
