Upon tho pnrado arriving nt tho court house nnrl:. tho croud was seated and called to order by Hon. Randolph McNitt. president of the dny. Singing by the Glee club and music by tho band were tho that to till tho program, nfter which Capt. W C Honry, orator of thoday, was introduced and onlertained tho nudionco until the noon hour arrived, dipt.
