taken off a train hero 011 a charge of
libel, prefened by Peter Kcutrr, mayor
of Kaiikauua. Sims left (Xshkosh Tues
day evening with a delegation of Ml) mem
bers of the Oshktwh American Protective

Northwestern railway. They had with

to lecture at the Baptist church. Such
proceedings would have precipitated a
