Moved and carried that Mr. Watt
be acknowledged aa a member of the
board of supervisors from Guide Rook
township.

40 head ot cattle, assessed In both

board and claimed error in his assess
ment,.irfcieh upon investigation it waa
- ordered by the board that his assess
ment be reduoed $750.

property be reduced $67.

Mr. A. Roats appeared before the
board and claimed that an error was
made in the asMSsment of 35 head of
cattle which ahoald have been assessed
to Henry Gilham, as said Roats did
not have or own said property until
May 1st.
Motion by Garber that the assess
ment of $133 on said cattle be trans
ferred from A. Raats' assessment to
Henry Gilham'a assessment. The mo
, tion was lost. .
, Moved by Hummel that the assess
ment of 35 head of cattle to A. Roats
be atrioken from the assessor's book,
as said assessment was made after the
1st of June and without 'the know
ledge of said Roats. Ayes and nays
being called for the result was:
