pioneer of Illinois, dropped in this
week and added his name to the Great
Family Weekly. Mr. Ilinkins has 200
acres of very nice corn-and is fully
satisfied that he is going to make a
good thing this season.
A gentleman by the name of Jno.
Gilbert of DeWitt, Nebraska, has
purchased a portion of the Burtie
farm and will turn it into a breeding
farm for fine horses. That is some
thing that should be encouraged in

was a very poor one. It does not pay
