W. Lindscy a stolen team last fall,
were tried at Mankato last week and

The young friends and nssocintes as

Graves' on the 2d inst. nnd had a very en
joyable time. Mr. Graves contemplates
moving on his farm soon. They will be
missed by their mazy frinds.
Attorney J. Torter Jr. of this city has
lately procured a fine pension, with arrear
ages for Edward I. Eagsn. vicinity of
Guide Kock. and thus Another Webster
county citizen made hippy, and the fund
for circulation in the community increased.

and contemplates moving back there in a
short time. Oliver's greatest stoiy is about
a lodge that is three mile by three and a

The lawsuit over a piece of school land
