Mosher, one of the old land marks of Webster county, and for a number of years familiarly iden tified in one business capacity or ano ther in this city, died last evening, March 30, at his residence after a con tinued illness of more than a year. Mr. Mosher was a thorough-going business man and for many years was an active member of the city council, and a highly respected citi zen.
