Edson, of Cowles, who wont east to visit her parents in Illi nois some time ago, died at her fath er's residence in that state recently. Kress, alias Wild Bill, the hunter and trapper who lived on the Little Blue, near Spring Ranche eleven years ago, ami who was well known to most of the old settlers in this county, is now a resident of Ayr, Adams county, and is said to be a law abiding citizen.
