of county nutters, we will say that the
petition for the same has leen circu
lated and generally signed and will be
presented to the board of commission
ers at their next meeting which will
fnvur in Anril. The matter will now
be left, of course, with the county
commissioners to act upon as they
may think !est. We believe that the
present loard of commissioners are
gentlemen who will do what they lc
licve to be for the lcst interests of the
people of the county, ami with them
we, for one, are willing to leave the
matter, trusting that it will receive at
their hands the attention that its i m
portancc and the interests of the tax
payers demand.

The question of procuring seed

been occupying the attention of some
