After due deliberation we have ar
rived at the conclusion that no man,
unices he has "piles" of currency, can
afford to invest a thousand dollars or
more in a printing office, ray up his
paper and other bills each week, and
then work for everybody for nothing,
wo have tried it, and find that it does
not "pan out" worth a cent, we have
found that we have to pay for what
we get of others, and have come to
the conclusion tbat others shal pay for
what they, cctof us. consequently
hereafter all church notices inserted
in our columns will be charged the
fame as other local notices. We will
charge half rates for all advertise
mcots of church festivals, and enter
tainments, for raking money for be
nevolent objects. Marriage notices
will be charged one dollar each.
