Thomas was cbo ten Secretary The committee then made a ftatc ment of the proceedings of the meet inp at Sutton which was the name in substance as the proceedings in anoth er column, from the Sutton Time. Mr. Yeb-er then made some very -enable and timily rcmatks on rail road matter.-. Joseph Garber made report of ex pense of dcleaTe?- while absent at Sutton. On motion the report of the com mittee was accepted and committee discharged. On motion a committee of 5ve was elected to confer with the various rail road companies, in the interest of Webster county, and also to confer with the committees of the different counties on the propose 1 route from Wahoo to Ued Cioud. The following Committee was chorea : J. A Tulleys, Red Cloud; J. H. Ilnbart, Oak Creek ; J.E.Smith. Guide Rock ; R. B. Fulton, Walnut Creek ; W. E. Thome, Harmony. It has been suggested that it would be a good idea to have a few thousand pamphlets printed for gratuitous dis tribution from this county.
