in the village ot Ked Uloaii. Neb., and
lots ten and eleven (10 Si II). in block
one (I), in ltichardon's addition to
lied Cioud, all in said Webster county
to secure the payment of the sum of
three hundred (00) dollars, according
to' certain notes referred to in said
mortgage, aad also to secure A E Perry
svaiot his liability on certain joint
debt of the said John G. Potter, and
Alfred E. Perry, amned by John G.
Potter, aad that the said Alfred E.
Perry assigned said mortgage to de
fendant Janie M. Baldwin, sad that
said James M. Baldwin further asyiiru.

1875, for three hundred and forty dol

against you for the um of two hun
dred and eighty dollars with ten per
cent interest from tho first day of
