a well known citizen of this county
was struck by the limb of a falling

time, but whs not thought sciious.
Twenty years after tho bone had de

and began to pain him terribly. About
a year ago he went up to Omnhu. and
Drs. Ti'.den aud Mercer performed an
operation, cutting open the skin of the
forehead, and removing a piece, cr
pivot s of bun r two and cue-half inches
long and half an inc-h wid. It hiis
now all healed up but a IioIh about one

which still shows clear thrangii the

A Card.
The great popularity the
Mason A Hamlin Organ
has deservedly obtained in this County
has induced several unscrupulous ten
ders of other organs to resort to various
tricks to dispose of their organs. The
last that has come to our notice is
informing our friends that they have
.secured the agency for sale of the Ma
son A Hamlin Organ, but of course
they assert that they only furnish
them to parties who w ill have no oth
er. For the information of Friends
of the Mason A Hamlin Organ I will
say these men are Frauds and that
onl- the gentlemen named below can
furnish the Ma son & Hamlin Organ.
If other agents are appointed in the
County due notice will be given in
this paper. James Fetter, Special
Agent. Flattsmouth, Nebraska, Ofkce
