Notice is hereby given that I, J. M. Patterson,
Treasurer of Cass county. State of Nebraska, by vir
tue of the power in me vested, shall on the first Mon
day in November, 1878, being the 4th day, commence
selling at the office of the Treasurer of Cass
County.State of Nebraska, at public auction, so much
of the following tracts of land and town lots as shall
be necessary to pay the city taxes and penalties, in
terest and costs in the city of Plattsmouth, Cass Co.,
Nebraska, which shall have accrued therein on that
day. Sale will bo held between the hours of nine
o'clock a. m., and four o'clock p. m., of said day, and
be continued from day to day, until all of said prop
erty shall have been sold or offered for sate.
