Notice is hereby given that I, J. M. Patterson,
Treasurer of Cass county. State of Nebraska, by vir-j
fcue of the power in ma vested, shall on the first Mon
day in November, 1878, being the 4th day, commence!
selling at the office of the Treasurer of. Cassj
Count j', .State of Nebraska, at public auction, so much;
of the following tracts-of land and town lots its shall j
be necessary to jiy the city taxes and penalties, in-i
terest and costs in the city of lluttsmouth, Cass Co.,
Nebraska, which shall have accrued thereon on thati
day. Sale will be held between the ivoors of nine;
