The members of the Cass County Fair met at the Court House on Satur day the 23d to transact some unfin ished business. J. C. Cummins report ed that he had torn down the old stalls and should put up others more com modious. One gentleman secured the privilage of exhibiting a well auger more than three feet in diameter in actual operation, promising to sink a well CO feet deep in 4 or 5 hours. Mr. lussell, promises to exhibit his new and celebrated pump at work in this well.
