Tne first one bundled and five thousand dollars to be issued in favor of the St. Louis and Nebraska Trunk Railroad Company. The next one hundred and five thousand dollars shall be issued in favor of the Weeping Water ami Platte Valley Railroad Company. Then the next twen'y five thousand to the said Trunk Railroad, when there shall be i -supd to l ho Weeping Water and Platte Valley ' Railroad Company enough to make in the ablegate five thousand dol lars per mile, far at lea-t thirfy-e:giit miles, or the amount authorized by this proposition, aril the Commissioners shall not levy a tax to pay any interest until the bonds are due and delivered to the said Railroad Company. The farm in which the question in said proposition filia l be taken, snail be by voting them by ballot, upon the vote of whieh ballots shai! be written or printed or partly written or printed the word-. The question of adoption of the above propositions shall be submitted to the electors of C.is County, at a special clec tinn to be held for that purpose, on the 25th day of January, A. D. 1873, and a special election for that purpose is hereby ordered to be held nt said time and at life usual places nf holding elec tions in the several Precincts of Cass County, Nebraska. Said election will be opened at 8 o'clock A. m., of'the 25th day of January. A. D. 1873, end will remain opon until G o'clock p. jx. of said day.
