braska by Tirtae of the power in me Tested, shall on the first Monday m Septem
ber"l?i. 1868, commence selling, at the office of the Treasurer, in Cass coanty,
and State aforeslad, at public auction, so much of the following tracts of land
and town lit. at shall bi necewary to pay the taxes, penalt.es, interes t and, eosta,
which Ihall hare accrued thereon on that day. Sale to mely
