presented a revolver at the sheriff and
threatened, in the most approved tragic

dire threats of vengeance to have his life,

watch and pistol, and that they would

lowed the sheriff to bring the prisoner to
town. Tho stolen property was foun
just where ho said it was, and the pris
oner was committed to jail by Esquir
O'Neill in tha absence of bail to th
amount of $509, to await his trial before
the District Court. To ali young men
