licensee be granted to Phillip Dtfuser to
sell Malt Liquors in his place of business
on Maiu street six mouths.
Ou motion it was granted, to be issued
on his filling the proper bonds and re
ceipt. A petition vas presented asking that
a Licene be granted to G. W. Garrison
to sell Malt, Spirituous and Vinous liq
uors by the glass in ihe basement of the
store belonging to the Breitiueyer instate,
fur the space of six months.
On motion it was granted upon his
filling the requirements of the law.
