On motion the Marshall was ordered to arrest any person found removing Stoue from the Leveo. Ou motion, ;t was orJered, that all money subscribed for the Culveil and all now ip the Treasury, be applied solely in paying for and completing the Culvert on Main street. On motion, the Street Commissioner was ordered to convey the water down the south side of Main street to the river; provided, that Levi Springle f Or nish lumber for the necessary culvert as he agreed.
