TDK Howard Association, in vie of the awrul detrac tion of human life caured by Sexual diseases, and the deception practiced aponthe unfortunate victims of such disease by Quacks, several years ago directed their Con sulting Surgeon, as a charitable act worthy of their name, to open a dispensary for the treatment of this class of diseases, in all tbeir forms, and to give Medical Advice Gratis to all who apply by letter, with a descrip tion of their condition (ane, eccupation, habits of life.
